Without a clear roadmap, they faced challenges in scaling their businesses and attracting funding. This was delivered through a one-to-one session, allowing for a more in-depth and tailored approach.
Commissioned by Westway Trust, we delivered personalised business coaching to help these entrepreneurs clarify their vision, set achievable goals, and create structured business plans.
