An immersive 8-week program using art and reflective practice to explore the Wheel of Life. Participants will discover new ways to manage key life areas, such as health, relationships, work and finances while expressing their journey through creative mediums inspired by global artists.
In today’s fast-moving world, many people feel overwhelmed by competing demands struggling to balance career, family, health, and personal dreams. Wellbeing Through Art was designed to help participants pause, reflect and re-center.
The course introduces the Wheel of Life, a visual life management tool used to assess and improve key areas of well-being. But rather than stopping at reflection, Wellbeing Through Art invites participants to express each area through guided art projects, blending self-awareness with creativity.
Each week focuses on a different life area, accompanied by inspiration from renowned international artists. Participants learn how creativity can unlock healing, focus, and personal growth and leave with both a renewed sense of direction and a set of personal artworks that tell their life story.
