Programme Description

In today’s fast-moving world, many people feel overwhelmed by competing demands struggling to balance career, family, health, and personal dreams. Wellbeing Through Art was designed to help participants pause, reflect and re-center.

The course introduces the Wheel of Life, a visual life management tool used to assess and improve key areas of well-being. But rather than stopping at reflection, Wellbeing Through Art invites participants to express each area through guided art projects, blending self-awareness with creativity.

Each week focuses on a different life area, accompanied by inspiration from renowned international artists. Participants learn how creativity can unlock healing, focus, and personal growth and leave with both a renewed sense of direction and a set of personal artworks that tell their life story.
